Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-16:00.
We will aim to respond to all queries within these hours.

What qualifications do you have?
I have a Level 4 Diploma in Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching giving me the knowledge to best advise you in health changes.
I have also completed additional trainings in Health and Wellness Coaching, which focuses on behaviour change, so I am better supported to help you in achieving your goals.
How is a Health Coach different to a Nutritionist?
While Nutritionists generally focus on nutrition advice for specific issues, a Health Coach focuses on overall wellbeing and the behaviour change aspect to help you achieve your goals.
The support of a Health Coach is a key part of the puzzle when changing health behaviours as empowerment and building motivation will make you better equipped to achieve your goals.
